• Error classes reduced
• Time to deploy a tested change
• % of work with written acceptance criteria

Weekly review questions

1. What improved this week, measured?
2. What failed repeatedly, and why?
3. What should be stopped immediately?
4. What is the single highest-ROI experiment next week?

Rule: No metric, no claim.

Suggested rhythm

• Monday: define one objective
• Midweek: evidence check
• Friday: scorecard and next hypothesis

This keeps execution honest, and compounding real.
